Topkapi Palace & Harem – With Host

Meet your host at the red City Windows kiosk located inside Chimney Bistro. The host will accompany you to the palace and the Harem section. Please ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your chosen time and stay with your host until entry is complete.
Host access is available daily except Tuesdays. Choose the time that best fits your day.
Available Times: 09:30 AM, 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM

Hagia Sophia – Self Visit

There is no host or guided entry for Hagia Sophia. Visitors may enter independently during standard opening hours using the digital ticket and the audio guide application.

Basilica Cistern – Self Visit

Basilica Cistern does not require a host or guide. Just show your ticket at the entrance and enjoy the historical site on your own during operating hours.

Know Before You Go

  • Topkapi Palace remains closed every Tuesday
  • Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the venue
  • Host guidance is limited to escorting you into the Topkapi Palace and Harem—do not separate from your host until entry is completed
  • Appropriate dress is required at Hagia Sophia: women should cover part of their hair, shoulders and legs. Men should avoid wearing shorts above the knee
  • Scarves and suitable garments are available at the entrance
  • Security checks are mandatory at all sites and cannot be skipped. During peak periods, queues may take up to 30 minutes

Note: Tickets can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your reservation date.
Basilica Cistern tickets are valid from 09:00 - 18:00

The Topkapi Palace is free for children aged 0-5, and you do not need to purchase a ticket. To receive a free ticket, you must present the child's passport to the authorized staff at the entrance. If the child's passport is not presented, a standard admission ticket must be purchased.
