Yes, for Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, visitors must dress modestly:

  • Women should cover their hair, shoulders, and knees (scarves are available at the entrance).
  • Men should wear trousers or knee-length shorts.
  • Shoes must be removed before entering the mosques.

If you miss a tour, you can join another session for the same attraction on a different day, as long as it is within the 3-day validity period.

Each tour varies in duration, but most last between  60 minutes and 1 and a half hours, depending on the attraction.

Due to regulations, guided tours inside Hagia Sophia are not allowed. However, your guide will provide detailed explanations outside and assist you in entering the building.

Only for the Dolmabahce Palace, you can visit on your own. For other attractions, you need to join a scheduled tour to enter each museum. But after entering the museums, you don't need to follow our guides. You can spend as much time inside as you want.
